The completion of the transaction will enable the company to resume production on a large scale, honour its commitments and return to growth in the domestic market and, in particular, abroad.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"416\">\u201cAvibras is part of Brazil\u2019s technological and industrial heritage, and will once again supply technology and equipment to the whole world thanks to the dedication of engineers and technicians who have preserved the company\u2019s expertise during its most difficult years,\u201d says Bruno Dantas, who takes up the position of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Avibras Aeroco.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"416\">In this role, Dantas\u2019s mission is to support the rebuilding of the company\u2019s industrial capacity and to lead its international expansion, opening up new markets for defence products and technology developed in Brazil \u2014 making exports the main driver of growth for Avibras Aeroco.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"416\">Dantas\u2019s track record in external oversight of public administration and at the helm of international audit bodies will help to build relationships of trust with national governments, which are the sole buyers in the defence market. The executive and lawyer chaired the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), which brings together government audit institutions from over 190 countries, and was the first Brazilian in more than seven decades to be elected by the United Nations General Assembly to its Board of Auditors.<\/p><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"416\">\u201cThis transaction preserves much more than just Avibras\u2019 technologies and facilities.
