On Tuesday, 6 October, Avibras Aeroco reached an important milestone in its history: the delivery of its first batch of ammunition to the Brazilian Army (EB). Five months after commencing operations, the delivery took place at the Missile and Rocket Logistics Centre in Formosa (Goiás), demonstrating the company’s ability to mobilise its production and rapidly translate it into tangible results for the Brazilian State.
During this period, the company brought its production facilities online, recruited specialist staff and established key links in its supply chain. This initiative enabled the company to bring together, within a short time, the human, industrial and logistical resources required to produce and deliver systems and munitions meeting high standards of quality, safety and reliability.
The result achieved is the outcome of the joint efforts of the professionals, partners and suppliers involved. Avibras Aeroco acknowledges and appreciates the commitment and dedication of its teams and highlights the trust and support of the Brazilian Army in bringing this important milestone to fruition.
